AEROPORT ELIZOVO - KAMCHATKA
Elizovo Airport (UHPP) represents a technically complex facility that combines capacities for international civil flights (with a 3,400-meter runway) and military operations, set within the challenging climatic and geographic conditions of Kamchatka. Our team worked on this project for two years, participating in all stages of design—from concept to construction documentation. Elizovo Airport stands as the most significant project we have been involved in to date, and the experience gained on such a complex and technically demanding development has shaped our approach to large-scale infrastructural projects.
Taskent CCA – Center of Contemporary Art
The Centre for Contemporary Art in Tashkent (CCA) is located in a historic industrial building from 1912 — a former diesel power plant and tram depot that once supplied electricity to the city’s first tram system. The building was originally designed by architect Wilhelm Heinzelmann, who served as the head of the construction department in the Turkestan region and was the author of several iconic buildings in Tashkent.
Our team worked on this project for one year, developing the BIM model and the architectural design, including the coordination of all disciplines, preparation of construction models, and technical specifications. For us, CCA was a challenging and highly significant project, showcasing our ability to engage with a technically and architecturally complex cultural building within an international context.
Taskent FRC - French cultural center
The project titled French Cultural Center and Restoration Center in Tashkent involves the transformation of the former Intourist Cultural and Information Centre building, constructed in 1987 and recognized as one of the notable examples of Tashkent’s modernist architecture.
Our team worked on this project for one year, developing the BIM model and the architectural design, including the coordination of all disciplines, preparation of construction models, and technical specifications. This project represents another important challenge for us in the field of culturally significant architecture and demonstrates our ability to engage with highly technical and architecturally complex projects in an international environment.
RKS – Insider
Our team was engaged in the development of the interior BIM model for this project, using Revit as the primary tool. The modeling covered all internal spaces, including corridors, common areas, and individual apartments. Special attention was given to detailed modeling of doors, windows, ceiling and wall features, floor finishes, as well as integration with HVAC and other building systems.
Implementing BIM methodology ensured precision and efficiency in design and coordination phases, enhanced visualization of interior spaces, precise planning of installations, and effective coordination across multiple disciplines.
