The building is a contemporary villa inspired by the plains of Vojvodina. Its spatial concept is based on clear horizontal lines and a cantilevered upper floor, creating a sense of dynamism and lightness despite the massive concrete walls. The façade is transparent thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing abundant natural light and a direct connection with the surrounding landscape. Minimalist materials — concrete, glass, and metal — create a modern expression in contrast to the calm, dry plains that surround the building.
